£4,344.00 was the fantastic amount raised from our 14th annual golf day held in August. Given that there were 7 teams less than last year due to holiday commitments it was only marginally lower than was raised in 2024. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed, including sponsors and raffle prize/auction lot donors as these make such a difference. Photographs are now on our website www.marlowhouse.org
 
This coming Saturday is coffee morning and will include an end of season sale, so extra bargains are up for grabs 😊. Another excellent result for August including pre sales was  £975.40.
 
The 300             Club winners for August are:
Number             136 D Bayman winning £30
Number             12 E Smith winning £22
Number             18 D Bindley winning £15
The  numbers were drawn by Jean, Peter and Stan and verified by Sharon.
 
Monday 6th October is the next Brunch and Bingo, the 13th for Soup, Sandwich and Social and Geoff is coming up with a dastardly plot for a Murder Mystery Night on Friday 31st            October. All the latter are pre-book only due to catering so please contact the office on 762329 for further details.
 
Advance notice of 28th October for Geoff’s next quiz for Marlow House at Desborough Conservative Club. As I’ve mentioned before, you don’t have to be a member for this. It’s £1 per person entry with raffle tickets available so a  very reasonably priced evening of good fun. Usually starting around 8.pm.

Lastly the office have produced a one page diary of events to end of this year, which I have attached for you.
