Don’t let the weather put you off coming to coffee morning this Saturday because we’ve got a cracking one lined up! See below for all details and, staying open until 2p.m.!

The 300 Club winners for October were drawn by Graham, Brian and Mick with Vic verifying them:  
Number         123 G Hurst winning £33
Number         148 P Short winning £24
Number         198  J Coles winning £16   

A 300 Club number makes an excellent Christmas gift at only £12 per year per number, and it could solve the eternal problem of  ‘what do I get her/him’ 😊 

Christmas lunches have as always virtually sold out. We do have a dozen or so spaces available on Thursday 11th December. If you are interested in booking please contact the office directly. Pre-payment and pre-ordering of food are essential due to the numbers being catered for. 

On Wednesday 26th November there will be a Christmas show performed by musical comedy duo ‘Somethin’ Else’. 1.30 arrival for a 2 p.m. start. Book now for an afternoon of  laughter and music and enjoy a freshly made winter afternoon tea at £14 per person. We currently have 10 spaces available. 

The Trinity Singers supported by Alright Jack will present their concert – Autumn Extravaganza ‘with a hint of festive cheer’  at Desborough Baptist Church starting at 7.30 p.m. on Saturday 29th November. Tickets are £8 or £4 for under 16’s and will be available on the door. Another community event raising funds for Marlow House – thank you to all involved. 

On Monday 1st of December, the last Brunch & Bingo for the year will be held. It’s a Christmas Snowball special,  so not be missed! 10.15 a.m. arrival with pre-booking for catering please, £12 per person. 

Geoff’  recent quiz at the Conservative Club raised an excellent £138 – many thanks Geoff for all the quizzes you’ve done over so many years. Great fun and lots of money raised - a win-win situation. 

It just remains for me to wish everyone a peaceful, healthy and happy Christmas and thank you all for your support through the year.
