Well! October coffee morning raised the unprecedented amount of £1122.96 including presales of £366.96 - a phenomenal amount I’m sure you’ll all agree. We also have £500 in the pipeline to come from HSBC courtesy of Lorraine so needless to say, we are ovethe moon 😊. This           coming Saturday will see the last one of the year and I’ve heard that freshly made mince pies will be available on the cake stall. They normally sell out very quickly so don’t dilly dally if you want some.
Raffle tickets are available for the grand Christmas prize draw. If you are able to support us by buying or selling some, please contact the office to arrange this. We have also booked a           table at the Co-op shop, Gladstone Street on Saturday 30th November to sell them from 9 a.m.. to 5 p.m. and they will be for sale in Costa coffee Desborough during Gala Night on Friday 29th. The draw will take place on Monday 16th December at 2 p.m. in the lounge.
 

The 300           Club draw produced the following winners for October:

The numbers drawn by Raymond, Margaret and Michael were verified by Rebecca and Ilinka. This is the time of year I remind everyone that a 300 Club number makes a great Christmas           present if you’re stuck for ideas. At £12 for a number for the year it’s quite reasonable and has 12 chances to win! Plus, all numbers that are fully paid for January to December go into an extra one-off draw in December and last year the number drawn won just under £120.
 

The Christmas Fayre is on Sunday 1st December at Marlow  House, from 1 to 4 p.m. All stalls are now fully booked.
 

Monday 2nd December is Brunch & Bingo Christmas Special at £10 per head. Booking with payment is essential for catering please, at what is becoming an increasingly popular event.
 

Christmas  lunches are booking up fast – Tuesday 10th December is fully booked but there are currently spaces available on Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th.
 

There is not an enewsletter in December, so I wish you and yours a peaceful and healthy Christmas and new year and thank you for your support in whatever form it takes.
