During Lockdown we are closed, except for the continuation of our Meals on Wheels daily service. Unfortunately some of out volunteers are once again isolating and so we are looking for new volunteers to help out, especially at the weeks ends. If you think you might be able to help for a couple of hours then please contact the office or click on the link below to find out more.
WINNERS
Our friends from Wacoal have so generously donated a Christmas present, as shown in the photo,
to each and everyone of our 70 clients. Many many thanks.
Santa popped in to Marlow recently, but who is under the costume???
Chairman, Alan Francis, wishes you all a very merry Christmas and is looking good in his new suit!!!!
Jane and Dave Fisher, long time supporters, popped in with these 2 gifts for clients. They are boxes of toiletries and treats, one box dedicated to a male, one to a female. Ken and Vera were the lucky names to be pulled out the hat and both were bowled over to be presented with them.
We had this beautiful Christmas cake delivered to Marlow house from one of our supporters and volunteers, Jane Moss. It is for staff and volunteers to enjoy.
Here we have a happy volunteer Carl Pegg helping paint the external walls of Marlow house!
Thank You Carl and Thank You to Lindsey, our Carer for dragging her husband out of his warm bed, in the Christmas holidays to support us here at Marlow House!
Here we have another happy husband volunteering his help.
Elaine has got Glen out in our garden area cutting down trees and having a tidy up with daughter Ziva. Thanks guys! It's looking great and we appreciate your time helping us!
A lovely lady called Natasha Golding organised in the local community, through her Facebook page, to have a number of Christmas 'Shoe Boxes' donated, to be shared amongst the elderly in the local area.
We were very lucky to be approached and had 32 presents donated to our clients.
This was absolutely amazing and our clients were so surprised and thankful for the generosity shown. .
A big big thank you to you Natasha for working so hard with the local people of Desborough to organise such a wonderful thing, especially after the year we've all had.
Due to the restrictions placed on us by Covid-19, the AGM for Vine Community Trust was held online by the Trustees on July 13th 2020.

Regarding the Officers for next year, Eddy Short has now stepped down as Vice Chairman, as his period of tenure has elapsed; his successor as Vice Chairman is Mrs Pamela Goodman. The other officers are the same as last year and the independent examiners, Baldwins, (they were called Smith, Hodge & Baxter,) also remain the same.
Next year we will hopefully be able to invite you to our AGM that will be held, as in previous years, at Marlow House.
Yours faithfully
Alan Francis
